I purchased a 'combishort avec fermeture à l'entrejambe' for men. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I found my size using their guide. Delivery to New York took 8 days, which was within their stated timeframe but not super fast. The garment itself is well-constructed; the fabric feels sturdy, and the innovative crotch zipper is indeed practical, making bathroom breaks much easier without having to undress completely. I'm 6'1" and the large fit well, a little snug but comfortable. I washed it once and it maintained its shape and color. Customer service was not needed, so I can't comment on that.
